At BOLT TECH SDN. BHD., customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, or claims may be considered.
- General Policy
Due to the nature of our business, including IT services, repair services, electronic equipment, and computer-related products, all sales are generally considered final unless otherwise approved by us in writing.
- Non-Returnable Items and Services
The following are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
Completed IT services or consultation services
Repair services already performed
Software, licenses, activation keys, subscriptions, or digital goods
Special order items, customised items, or made-to-order products
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper installation, or unauthorized modification
Products sold as clearance, promotional, or final sale items
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item by contacting cs@botttechsb.com
Your request should include:
Full name
Order number or proof of purchase
Description of the issue
Clear photos or videos showing the problem
We will review the case and determine, at our sole discretion, whether a replacement, repair, store credit, or other suitable resolution will be provided.
- Return Approval
No return will be accepted without our prior written approval.
If a return is approved:
The item must be unused and in its original condition
The item must be returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase
Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the error was caused by us
- Inspection and Decision
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
We reserve the right to reject any return request if:
The item does not meet our return conditions
The item has been used, altered, damaged, or is incomplete
The claim is made outside the permitted notification period
- Repair-Related Terms
For repaired devices or electronic equipment:
Customers are advised to back up all data before sending any device for repair
We are not responsible for any loss of data, software, or personal files during the repair process
If a repaired item is left uncollected for an extended period after notification, we reserve the right to charge storage fees or dispose of the item where permitted by law
- Refunds
Refunds, where approved, will be processed using a method determined by us and may take a reasonable period to complete.
Shipping charges, handling charges, service fees, and non-refundable payment processing fees may be deducted where applicable.
